My capacity to respond is limited by my concern about possible litigation unfortunately. If you lost money with these companies you have my condolances. In short absolutely no comment whatsoever. Read my previous post in regard to the rest of your question. Our stategy is simple - Only projects which are within our skill base and financing capacity but which provide a substantial challenge and which place us in a position to make a major explroation discovery No proejcts with developed facilities No projects with sociological baggage No projects which do not meet the highest techncial standards We imported the first RC rig into central asia and probably the CIS. We have a very skilled techncial team and we aim for the highest techncial standards. There are many companies operating in Kazakstan who have not had legal problems particulalry in the oil and gas sector. There are also many companies who have been operating the minerals industry for a long time in the country who have likewise not had problems. As I have previously said we are very comfortable operating in Kazakstan and have a good relationship with governement at all levels.
