Many senior I.S. Managers are making the switch to NT for the wrong reasons. They are indeed being pulled along by the "Microsoft Marketing Engine", and are making critical business decisions based on rumors, speculation, and marketing hype.

Forgive me everyone...I too am a holder of SUNW. It represents a large position in my portfolio..... about 43 average price. I am somewhat mystified by all of the personal comments on many of the threads, not just at SI but at all investment sites. I thought that the idea was to make a buck (frankly) not to stake out positions that will prove the holder correct in the future.

I mean it's no big deal ... those of us who could care less about the personal insinuations can weed our way through those posts....but it is a source of wonderment (that may be too grand of a word in this case), i.e. why are people so passionate about their stocks? I don't think the stocks reciprocate their feelings. If I'm wrong about that I may be missing out on a great thrill.

Anyway good luck to one and all
Alan
