Dave,
I was aware of the Toshiba laptop and the Micron survey, and was just looking for any other thoughts as well. I like the idea that the conversion rate from trial to purchase for the OEMS is very strong. And I am *hoping* that the new COO (I thought it was CEO, but will check later) came aboard because she saw the opportunity AND knew how to act accordingly to achieve her/the company's goals.
I was going to take a tax loss on this one, but will probably end up holding it for at least another quarter or two. I am looking for good news (and especially the earnings associated with the good news) as well.
Thanks again Dave,
Darryl

Competition is heating up in the off-the-shelf "user-help" utility products...

...(but SYSF seems to have the clear lead in the
OEM/tech-support/all-in-one/bundled help product...) Of course, hardly anyone has actually ever seen SystemWizard <g>...I played with it a bit on an H-P system at Best Buy a few months ago...seemed very user-friendly, but since I didn't have any problems, it couldn't really help me. Actually there was a problem, in that the modem was not connected to a phone line...about as basic a problem as a new user could have, I suppose, and it didn't recognize this as a problem, even when I told it I was having problems with the modem.....hmmmmmmmm.....
