Brian, Remember you heard it here first. The sub zero PC makret is the ultimate turf battle for the hearts and minds of the unwired untapped World consumer. And will spread to the business community once they figure out how they can cut their system computing costs. Sanders knows this and set his stratgdy to work on the primise of 30million chips @ APS of $100.00 Go back and red the interview given in 1995. the problem is Intel has bet it's entire 10 fab strong company on the wrong end of the market. The high END. This is equlivant to turn the company upside down to eventualy get it right. Up untill last month they refused to recognize the potential. Why because beleiving it would mean they would have to scrap a lot of forward plans. Dataquest hit the hammer right on target with the maket survey they published at the end of 95 pointing out the biggest barrier to ownership was the 1,000.00 price point which translates into a $100.00 cpu. It's so simle they just missed it. That what happens whe yur planning $1,000.00 cpu's. They basicly miss the entention of Moore's law, till it slapped them in the face. Now they want to cover the entire market the little pigs.
