It has been stipulated by IRS management that conservative groups, not liberal ones, were singled out. The apology said it all.

Was that article that you posted supposed to show that the IRS wasn't targeting conservative groups? The one pointing out that only three of the 471 organizations that were scrutinized were liberal leaning groups? The one pointing out that less than 1% of the organizations that were scrutinized were liberal leaning groups?
