The vaccine consists of two independent components, the putative antigen and a new adjuvant, a tlr4 agonist. I therefore can't say "seems to work" in the context of combined use with any immune enhancer, including an ido inhibitor. There is a Merck Kga trial maturing in June that looks at indicators of specific immune response and activation. Maybe I can say more then.
