MS vs. DOJ: Hurry up and wait news.com OK, so I get to call Bill Gates a hairball a while longer. Not exactly unexpected. The judge hearing the Justice Department's challenge to Microsoft's marketing practices has said he will issue a ruling at an undetermined date. Sheesh, talk about a dud on the fireworks front. I'll have to wait for tomorrow's Good Gray NYT to see if there was any scintilating dialogue, anyway. Cheers, Dan.
