It is my understanding that management owns 88% of company. Then float should be 12% of 25 million outstanding shares which is 3 million shares.

Is the float actually 3 million? IBD lists float as 25 million.
If float is actually 3 million, does this amount pose a problem?

Syntel's downward descent is also baffling to me.
