It's too wacky and contorted to consider as one concept. (1) No, it's because Marines were not trained to be menial servants. I don't know this Marine, but I strongly suspect that, simply because he is a U.S. Marine, Barack Obama isn't fit to shine his shoes. Reagan would never have asked a Marine to hold an umbrella over his head during a news conference. (2) One of the primary aspects of the definition of a 'racist' is: one who injects skin color, or race, into arguments, or observations, in which neither is relevant. If the shoe fits ...
