and it doesn't pass the smell test to suggest that the president didn't know what was going on there. Perhaps the most damning proof was his "adjustment" of his public message to accommodate the talking points.

That's your proof? Smell tests and alterations to what he was saying as information became available?

While the IRS issue is embarrassing and is a result of an "attitude of intimidation" which starts with Obama, it is highly unlikely that the crime involved originated at the WH,
