<First rule of business. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE YOUR COMPETITION!!!> Right you are, Joe. Hope I didn't contradict this sentiment in my previous post! If so, I surely didn't intend to. My primary point was that, although a person's or company's (say, Franklin's) products may IN FACT be superior than its competition's, it won't amount to a hill of beans in the marketplace if the proper PR isn't there to help it along. So how about: "Never underestimate your competition's product quality--OR its media expertise"! Thanks for your post.
