My understanding is yes and I expect George and Jeff will have the most recent information available to us very shortly. From what I recall, Noram's goal was not for 100% of the lottery market but only 10-15% initially. They expected competition. Their projections were based on this percentage 10-15% figure. However, with Noram's superior machines compared to those with the horse racing movie, maybe they'll do even better, particularly over time as Noram's presence increases. With time, those coins in the VLTs will add up just as nickels and dimes did for Woolworths 5 & 10.
