I was in a chat room this afternoon and someone (can't remember) mentioned that SHVA may be looking into an aquisition of Ascend. The source said that Ascend shares were becoming more and more attractive (until this recent rash of short covering) and could eventually be swapped with SHVA shares 1:1 possibly early next year when Ascend depreciates enough.
