Thanks for the link to Rays Charts Pat. I like the cup and handle formation a lot but these can sometimes be misleading if they don't occur at or near all time highs. In the past I've found that there is often a series of "mini" cup and handle formations on the way up to the the BIG cup and handle (for us that would be in the 8 1/2 - 9 region) But in any case, thanks to the excellent homework done by you and others here, I like this company on a FUNDAMENTAL basis and will be accumulating more shares should we see any significant dips -or on the flip side, if the share price were to cross 7 1/4. (Like many others, a price of 7 3/8 on rising volume with a close on the high of the day would have me "averaging UP!) Waiting to pounce! Schmedley
