I am tending to agree with this. We are now in the point of the rally where the big guys need to bring in the mom and pops, i.e., shills, so they have buyers to unload their equity positions on and lock in their profits. And if history is any guide, the shills will abide them once again. We may very well see SPX 1800 before the next big 50% swoon occurs. No doubt orchestrated by the big players who want their equities back, albeit at a much cheaper price. And, the shills will abide them in that quest again as well.
