William, Altera's technicals are still weak. My interpretation is that it still has a bit more to fall, although momentum appears as if it is bottoming out. I wouldn't touch it yet. The S&P inclusion of Altera is interesting and obviously supports the assessment of strong fundamentals. This latter point suggests that if you want ALTR to hold for the long term, you might as well go ahead and buy it now. I'm interested only in short term gain and I'm going to wait just a bit. If it hits 38, I'll start to watch it more carefully.

ACTL's technicals are heading south. I wouldn't touch it. It has neither technicals nor fundamentals to support it.
