CJ, Actually, Bush did blame 9/11 on Clinton. Maybe not by name, but on several occasions he talked about the response to the first bombing of the WTC, Somalia, and the attack on the Cole emboldening the terrorists and leading to 9/11. Bush didn't pass the buck. He merely spoke the truth, then took responsibility in fixing it, for better or for worse. He also blamed Clinton for virtually everything but Katrina. Now he may have done that also, but I can't find any reference to it... Not that you gave any references to anything you said in the first place ... Tenchusatsu
