This demotion is well-deserved and frankly it does raise my hopes that BORL has come to the realization that its collateral materials are some of the worst, not to exclude the worst, in the history of this industry. We really need somebody who has demonstrated the ability to execute versus those who are all talk and no action. Shareholders are better served with those people being shuffled into marketing positions.
