>> Lie? Where's the lie?

The lie was in trying to mislead the public as to the nature of the attack. Had it not been for Fox News, they would have gotten away with it.

The same Fox News who is now under attack by the administration, in the current case with DOJ having accused its reporter of crimes for ... reporting.

>> Man, give this tired argument a rest...hardly anyone agrees with you anymore.

Whether anyone agrees me is 100% irrelevant. A very large fraction haven't troubled themselves to look at it with an open mind. Anyone who isn't totally clueless can see the bigger picture.

It is important to note that we won't know for another 10 or 20 years whether the Iraq War was a success. You just can't base it on where things stand today, particularly, given the precipitous nature of the US withdrawal which occurred as a result of Obama's incompetence. During the next 20 years we'll have more competent presidents who are able to turn Iraq in a positive way.
