Even if you fill the universe with pre-biotic soup, and react amino acids at Planck time (very fast!) for 14 billion years, you are probably not going to get even 1 such protein.

"Probably not going to get" and yet look around you this world is teeming with life that we know absolutely life grew out of & happened in stagings.Evolution is not chiefly concerned with creation but what follows & it seems wherever we would think it almost impossible to find life in the most hostile envirionments, we find life still finds a way.

At the early stages of Universe the possibility of there ever being heavier elements like Gold would seem shear lunacy. But why would God wait 14bilyrs & many births & deaths of stars to finally create life just on this one tiny planet out of trillions out there? Then take a gradual 4Bil more yrs to develope that life from its most elementary structures we see still living today into more multicelluar complex ones?

What sounds more plausible or impossible, that life only formed on this one planet out of many trillions of planets, 400bil galaxies ,that sounds like just an aweful waste of space .
