I've strong hands and deep pockets. I can size in where and when I choose so re the SQQQ I put up my first buy yesterday and another today. Cost basis is not much difference in that above 26 and under 26.25. I'm I sometimes buy in tenths or 1/3s. For this one I've a number lower where I'll come in again heavier if needed. Yet it has to be at my number and string and not just because it drops x cents Bottom line is I'll hold this one till I see where the QQQ can drop and thus the rise in the SQQQ. Re puts in SPY. Again I will string em out where applicable and as needed. I will say I've some March 2014's now in play re SPX. I'll also say I've SEPT re SPY. as well as JULY and soon other. I ONLY have to be right re TARGET. I can do whatever is needed to get price aligned. EX GLW as I bought all the way down at 1.95 to watch it go to 1.10 to then turn and up to the teens. Or a INTC call that I began taking at 1.90 that dropped to .15 for me to size in with different spots to catch 4 times. Again one has to be confirdent with TARGE be able to take the risk and have the powder. I'm VERY confident SPX is going to roll. As an individual I can assuem risks and strategies that those regulated are not allowed. I'll let you and the others here worry about what day and week. I've enough time on ALL PUTS to be in the drivers seat. OH and I have NOT sold a LONG. So yes I'm a perma bull. Are you watching DRYS? Come 2014/2015 many will wish they had been.
