Eliminate it. Period. Altogether. Let these companies bring their trillions back to this country where it will create jobs and economic productivity IN THE UNITED STATES. You can't be that naive. What makes you think they will bring their money back? There will always will be poorer countries that will offer them a better deal. You are so quick to give up the tax income but not willing to ask the obvious question.........while do they have so little loyalty to the country that made their business possible? Easy answer........corps are whores.
