TMK,MSDW brokers don't seem to have a clue. I called them less than a week before the IPO (in Atlanta where ITC Holdings should be well known) and they didn't even know what I was talking about. Then, by the time it was priced, they could only get 5,000 shares for the whole office. They also said they were overnighting a prospectus and never did (but wouldn't admit they hadn't sent it). I guess if you're not a multi-million dollar account, all you get from MSDW is BS and a run around. Beyond my ranting about MSDW though, I think ITCD can be a good money maker for its shareholders. The challenge now is picking an entry point. It's in an industry that could easily fall out of favor for an extended period though, so patience may be required. Regards, Bob
