Any rat who was eager to defend Obama/IRS has been stymied, big time, by all the lies, evasions and refusals to testify. Cummings looks like he's about to lose his breakfast.

I read it; it is no attack on you, but I found it to be so poorly written that I couldn't make a lot of sense out of it.

It seemed very much a scattergun approach to the story.

What points, exactly, are you taking away from the article?

Al,
Excellent summary of the Benghazi "scandal"....a few excerpts attached...I hope you read the whole thing...
That's not a summary. That's just a data dump.

The "talking points" were passed around and edited so much that this became a sorry game of "telephone." Every agency puts in their self-serving two cents, and out pops something that doesn't even remotely resemble the truth upon hindsight.

Once the State Dept. and the administration came out blaming the YouTube video, there were many people who publicly expressed their doubts, including the president of Libya. How come they were able to smell something fishy with the "talking points" before the White House could?

In any case, this is looking much more like incompetence than cover-up, but for Obama that's par for the course.
