Maurice: can you give us a review of how you like the e-bill system? Any shortcomings? Does it save you time and effort? Was it easy to set up, or more trouble than it's worth? Do you think others will want to use it?

I'm personally expecting great things from this and looking forward to the day it's available here in Washington DC. But meanwhile, I'd love to hear what current users like and don't like about CKFR's system.
