Let me give you one: Try EYE and ILCT. They both have EDGAR filings which will explain everything. EYE is scheduled to do a reverse 1:2 split, spinoff Bolle at 1 for 3, then merge with ILCT at 2.18 to 1. And change the name to Lumen technologies. (Bolle also has an S-1.)

Lumen Technologies has some great niches protected by lots of trade secrets. I would expect it to be a 2 - 5 bagger on the basis of pricing of comparative companies in the field. They will carry a debt load, but be profitable. With Bolle, you can comp with OO and Gargoyles, and look at Sunglass Hut.

The fun should begin within the next month.

Dan
