The inventory levels were out of control. 3Com intends to fix this problem and will therefore have one really bad quarter. But this is pretty much a one time effect. As soon as the exess inventory is gone in one or two quartes business is back to normal and more profitable than before due to the better inventory management that is currently being implemented.
