Arrest? No. I think we-the-people need to have some new provisions for congressional failures and deceptions. Starting with Anti-corruption measures, interference with congressional proceedings, collusion to cover-up or misrepresent government activity, and including failure to perform their primary responsibility. Throw the bums out. I can easily see why some of the conduct listed above could reach a level of malfeasance where criminal charges should be brought. I would not say it is a Republican problem, however, I would say it has become a problem of those who think they are part of the ruling elite.
