Dennis,

The S-3 included the phrase "pursuing international growth opportunities," but this is as specific as the S-3 in general in specifying exactly what the meaning is. It would be interesting if the new capital were used for increasing development, or for opening international locations on their own, but I figure there could be an awful lot of potential purposes, so in due time management will let us know, directly or indirectly.

It was nice to see the Times Square location with at least a letter of intent at this point, and with at least 9 domestic units and 5 international units in '98, and at least 9 domestic units already scheduled for '99, doesn't sound like a bad year or two ahead of us.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see. Hope your weekend is a good one, mon frere.

Marshall
