Of course they did. That's all that I can think of that would explain a "mutual agreement" to end it. This whole thing stinks to high heaven but needless to say I am kind of glad it broke down. Like many on here I felt that 250 million dollars in shares was way too much to pay for a company that doesn't even have the capacity to break the 100 million dollar a year revenue barrier. Good riddance. Who knows maybe GT will try and find another deal elsewhere. Now just think about all those suckers who may have bought MPRS today! LOL!
