Hi Kirk,

They paid a dividend before it was cool to do so.Have done so for many years.

It has been frozen at 6 cents / Q for a long time.

In 2005 they adopted an employee stock ownership program that has been some what dilutive - certainly not as dilutive as many.

It is my belief that upon profitability, they will rebuild cash first, increase dividend second, and then buy back stock to stop the dilution third - just my impression.

In December they accelerated the dividend normally paid the first of each year to be paid in late December as a tax saving event (which I thought was nice and appreciated).

The best description I can give them is methodically conservative.

They do believe they must give out stock to retain top help and they do.

They require the board to retain the stock given them until they have a minimum position - I like that.

As a general statement - they do not sell their stock except to pay the taxes on the retained stock. So although there is modest dilution - it does not hit the market.

My impression is they are sharp business people that struggle in a cyclical global world. They know cash is to be accumualted to make it through the down cycle and should be expected to do so.

That being said when they spend their cash - they do it wisely and very efficiently - I like that very much.

When you have a feel that management spends the company's money like you do/would - that's a good thing.

Really like the excitement over LED this last stockholder meeting.

Every one invited here to monitor LED bulb development:
