There are many reasons for why the American imperialists want to now come back to the US. It is also our opportunity to take advantage of this situation and do so to ensure we derive long term benefits from "the return of the prodigal". Have them build the roads and bridges, streets, jobs, medical benefits etc. all under the nose of the Govt. we elected. It will cost the taxpayers a lot of money for the Govt to collect and execute the jobs. They should delegate the funding (from tax breaks) and execution of the projects to the private companies while the Govt. provides oversight to ensure that social objectives are being met.
