My apologies GROUND ZERO™ .my musings on the benefits of complex, high-fiber, low-glycemic index carbohydrates and a plant-based diet should not have been directed at your post as a counter-argument/critique, but rather as a general information post to the forum on the topic.

And FYI, I 100% agree with of what you have said concerning the toxicity of preservatives.
