calif probably won't let them drop people, esp when they are stuck with these faked low rates and the costs triple.

I think those 3 see the scam being played by the state

They haven't been successful in California, though. Which is why no one expected them to participate.

Dave, this is why those three companies aren't in the CA exchanges:

"Private insurers will have to meet minimum standards for coverage when they begin open enrollment in October, allowing people to compare apples to apples for the first time when shopping for individual or family policies."

They'll no longer be able to rip people off at will.

The real point here is that we're very early in the process. For you (or anyone else) to be suggesting that this preliminary, even premature, discussion of rates is somehow indicative of "success" in Obamacare is absurd.


Right...and early data points suggest nothing of the sort of "train wreck" you and all the ill wishers been prognosticating....that's all.
