I never mentioned the NASDAQ. I referred to the NASD...huge difference. NASD (National Assn of Securities Dealers) is a self-policing agency of Securities Dealers. They know that if they don't police their own that the government will and they dam sure don't want that, therefore they take their job very seriously and always....always come down on the side of the individual investor.
Ask any real broker!

I am just thinking, but as I understand it, the NASD runs the system, they make their own rules (and enforce) about the system.. If you do something they don't condon, buh bye... JMO
