Hi, Schmedely.

I took a look a SBUX. PE 56.6 .... I really want to beg out here.

Fast Sto looks close to overbought. Slow STO close to overbought. All the Triggers I normally look at have fired. Fast Sto could Fire again close to 80. It looks like running on momentum now to me.

It just crossed the 89DMA and 100DMA after a run from a low of 31.25 on 11/12 to close today at 39.62.

But those MAs may provide support.

It's not right for me. Maybe if it takes a dip and bounce off the 50DMA which is today near 36.00.
Or the indicators reset.

Hope that helps,

**** If anyone else see something I missed in SBUX .... Please let The Big Schmed know. **** ( Rainier? .. Eakole? )

Hi Schmedly Re: SBUX
Starbucks looks very comfortable in its 6 year uptrend specially since it just bounced up, off the trends support line.
Looks good for the long term so long as that trend line is not broken.
At present it appears to be in an intremediatly < overbought > condition.
< Intermediate trends do not threaten long term trends unless major trend lines [supports] are violated. >
