ORBI recently took over MacDonald-Dettwiler, and inherited Kenneth Spencer, M-D's head honcho. This guy has a resume that reeks of familiarity with various DSP issues, and he has recently been appointed to SSPIF's board. Could there be a (friendly) T/O in the works?

once a long term position has been established. Perhaps a bit unscientific, but it has been working when combined with a little(tempered)instinct and intuition. None the less, your observations(when available) have become part of my process.

Thanks for all you do!
