Micro-diamonds were seeded on earth several billions of years ago by meteorites when planet earth was in a more molten state. They embedded themselves in what we now call the upper mantle where under the right pressure and temperature regime they can grow to macro size. Sometimes during their 100+ mile ascent to surface they are reduced back to carbon if over heated. It all depends on the Isotherms.

Diamonds? You're cherry picking just one popular but extremely poor example out of 1000's & just showing a "happy ignorance" again, 6000yr old "Cherry Pickers" is more like it! ;o)

Diamonds can form very fast ( relatively) but try saying that about Zircons which date back billions of yrs.

I know another thing too, u should have bought TSLA when mentioned to you before, would have paid for another house for you to home school your kids in

Or take them on a nice trip over to Africa to dig some 20 million yr old fossils & see the happy people ;o)

Tesla Motors closes at $110/share. $TSLA is up 190% in the last month and $269% in the last year. QUOTE: http://cnb.cx/Yb3X2j
