I didn't say SNRS would be patented infringed, I said they COULD be and that if you are a small company you have to be on constant ALERT!! because once it happens, it is usually too late to do anything about it:::the law firm mentioned in a previous post took the case on a contingency basis, but you have to have a preety air-tight case before they will risk that expense.
Honeywell is a large, NYSE listed company and yet they were infringed by twelve Japanes companies:::before justice prevailed and they were stripped of their kimonas.
And why SNRS and not Summit or VISX??:::could be the predators were looking for a better, more profitable product.
I am not a fear-monger or pessimist, on the contrary, I am the ULTIMATE optimist!! I thought my wife had stopped smoking cigarettes when I started finding cigar butts around the house:::::nysebob2
