Those poor laborers. getting the shaft again with their leaders benefitting. Obama has a little ways to go if he acquiesced to that arrangement. Americans need a President Tito type of a guy.

California trails Colorado on this issue. It needs to catch up at least. It may, after it gets a Democratic Guv with a fun sounding last name like Hickenlooper, maybe just a last name of Hick would do. since this is from Reuters, I don't know if this is a leak.
