Hi Skeeter,

I don't know how many computers GTW has sold in this quarter and will not take a guess. However, I will point out an experience and let everyone draw their own conclutions...

I work for a company (that due to company rules will remain nameless) that buys a very large number of computer products. Hence, we get a substantial discount from almost every manufacturer. Further, if we buy from someone like Compusa...we get a discount. We also get this discount for personal purchases. I went into compusa...Saw a Compac computer I wanted...asked my commercial rep what my discount was....he got quiet for a moment.....they were selling the damn thing so cheap our discount was above the sales price!

Please understand, I have walked out of that store with hardware and software at prices you would not believe, and that is after checking the discount and computer shopper adds. This was not BS.

I think that there is incredible pressure on PC prices....It will eventually effect everyone...asia cheap prices are helping for now only.

Just my 2cents.
