Though fundamentals and technicals are negative, the sentiment is not that bullish. Less than 35% are bullish and the rest are on bearish or correction camp.
Market defying the common thinking.
What would make the bullish sentiment go higher? May be Dow 17k and SnP 1800? That may not be supported by current environment except artificial stimulus
