You sound very distressed about what has happened to your stock. Regulated stocks on the NASDAQ also have such moves and people that hype the moves. Sometimes it is the work of nefarious people. At other times just the market. Don't forget this is a BB and not subject to the srutiny as are more subtantial stocks. It has to be very difficult for you to believe that your "Cartel" members aren't selling and haven't in the past. Get real! You don't know them and if it was your my brother I would sell before him for a profit. The lions haven't come to rest with the lambs. The world has not changed. Now...for my real interest...MR. Merfeld said he was told by an NASD affiliated person that a securities dealer mowing his lawn is subject to a lawsuit if he gives advice on the sales of securities. I want to know who told him that? What member of NASD is giving legal advice? Bruce
