I can't tell you what happened specifically yesterday, but I can tell you that I have been holding EFII for about a year and it occassionally goes thru these unexplained "blips". Sometime they are up sometimes they are down. Maybe a fund dumped some shares yesterday. This stock is widely held by funds I have been told... Sorry I can't be more specific. I think this is a good co with good products. I have heard a rumor that ML is going to start coverage of this stock, but have been unable to substantiate the rumor with my ML broker. John
