I can only guess the researchers who came up with this one started it as a joke and ended up putting a big one over on everyone. Cannot imagine that Lancet would publish this as a serious study. Truly bizarre!! Either that or the Italians hold themselves to a much higher and harder standard than other ethnic groups. (:>)
