Ken, re ASND: Sick of this stock. It had gone up over nine points in a couple of days, so when it hit 32, I put a stop under it at 31. Locked in a nice tax loss. This stock has been here before (buyout rumor)...I made the difficult decision to sell on the momentum and the somewhat positive news on upcoming earnings before the buy-out premium started to dissipate. Lucent who CNBC seemed to hype as the likely buyer had already issued a statement that made them seem unlikely, at least to me.

Like I said, 1 down. Hopefully the only one sold at a loss. AGPH is also a thorn in my side though. Plan on holding into next year.
