California's goals

Identify the statewide level of greenhouse gas emissions in 1990 to serve as the emissions limit to be achieved by 2020

I've gone from filling up 2 or 3 times a week to once a month. I make clean electricity and sell it to my utility, a negative carbon footprint. I've already done my share for California.

:>)

But... I'm talking with the school district about how to give them about a 2 KW system yesterday, or 2 months ago. I've got the $, but the details remain to be worked out with the superintendent and her faithful administrative assistant the Mall Rat right after graduation. Nobody is gonna outgreen my state if I have anything to say about it.

I agree about the need for stasis, but without population control nothing else much matters, and we will end with a simple (but horrible) population crash caused by global warming, disease or simple pollution, if nothing else.

And from what I see we are breeding much faster than we can educate the kids?

But, my kids are not as worried about it as I am, so maybe I don't see the out?
