Just spoke with Helen again: There will be another message posted on the web site later tonight from Frank; it's at the webmaster's now. The stockholder's meeting will be held Friday, January 30, not in Vegas as originally planned, but in Westlake Village instead. "We want to show off what we have here," she said.
