EWAVES. Although aware I do not follow any strict use.

SO NO.

However truth be known I learned long ago that the only hard and fast number is 0.

The rest is how one sees it.

And is their vision or thought objective or fantasy land.

After all wasn't Precther all over the place looking for 750 after the 1200 hit. UH HUH.

Yet I do consider all methods.

Re LUMBER. I see a builder, real estate sector to the far right on the bell curve.

As one who has a residence in NV I don't buy into any building boom. Yes there are developers who have exploited foreclosed land etc but the cost to build per sq ft is far less than in the past. Thus I don't see any boom in Lumber. What I do see is an industry trying to hype a sector that a govt is trying to put a floor in. And so far it's working but there's much more to do before they build em to outpace supply for lumber and other. NOW THAT IS BUT AN OPINION. I will say what I'm suggesting to others if they are underwater re their homes and have capital gains to match or do better than the home loss. Lock in the gain. Sell the home into any strength. Rent a another property or similar and then buy from the ton of inventory that is still held/hidden on books..

OH I do SEE many selling to those buying and those sellers are doing so to get out to then come in again. I can attest to that one for NV. RE CA. I've been fielding some calls and saying they were going to use the strength to get out. Given I know that unless has to have a specific home in a specific street there's plenty of choice still in the SC area from HB to San Clemente. PLENTY.

As for utilities, lots of room to go down re it's sector. However if WB wants to buy NV energy then there could be others looking to take a bite here and there and that could hold any declines.

We shall see.

Hope you have a good day.
