Bob,

I'm certain that analysts do not yet understand the implications of the NSM/Cyrix merger (witness the last two links I posted).

However, I bet that they have some downward guidance for this last quarter. My bet is $0.42 in income before charges, and $0.28 after charges (assuming flat earnigns from Cyrix, since they had unexplained non-6x86 inventory at the last CC). Halla will have to answer questions about, "where the hell the 233 Mhz GX systems are?" We should hear something definite about PR266, and something nebulous about PR300. I'm looking forward to our own "Independent Investor" Mr. Robert Bianchi to get on the CC and ask the tough questions. Maybe we should, as a group, come up with the best questions that we can have Bob ask. What do you think? Let's make a top 2 list.

Pravin.
